Return Policy & Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if production has not started. Showcases and other large items such as (Slatwalls, Gridwalls, New Gondolas & Full Body Mannequins ) are NOT RETURNABLE.
Returnable merchandise must be returned within 2 weeks of the date of the invoice. No exceptions shall be made on the date. Please return merchandise in the original cartons and in new condition to receive credit.
Delivery/Shipping charges incurred by customer is NON REFUNDABLE.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and the customer MUST pay ALL shipping charges.
Shipping Damages or Shortages:
Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or shortage. If you discover UPS damages, Please call United Store Fixtures, immediately. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes, UPS will need to inspect these to process your claim.
Please inspect your shipment for damages before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading)! Customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment. If the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and refuse to reimburse you. Let us know if any such damage occurred. Customer must file a claim with the Common Carrier. If shipment was made by our company Truck contact United Store Fixtures. All cartons & packaging materials must be available
